Hi, I’m Aditya.
I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Increff, where I spend most of my days building distributed backend systems, designing APIs, and making software survive traffic spikes, production incidents, and questionable product requirements.
I enjoy solving problems that sit at the intersection of systems, people, and scale.
Work
I began my journey at Increff building marketplace integrations, solving the challenges of connecting diverse commerce platforms at scale. As the team grew, so did my role—I eventually led the Marketplace Integrations team, focusing on technical direction, delivery, and mentoring engineers.
Today, I work on the Transport Management System (TMS), a 0→1 product where we’re building the logistics platform from the ground up. My journey at Increff has taken me across product engineering, platform infrastructure, and distributed systems, giving me the opportunity to solve a wide variety of engineering problems.
What I’m obsessed with outside Work
I don’t believe interests should stay in their own boxes.
The same principles appear everywhere.
⚽ Football
Football is controlled chaos.
I love the tactical side of the game—pressing structures, positional play, transitions, overloads, and how eleven people can behave like one intelligent organism.
Most weekends, I’m out on the pitch, boots on, trying to play the game as much as I enjoy understanding it.
🌌 Space
The universe has an incredible way of putting everything into perspective.
Black holes. Cosmology. The Fermi Paradox. Interstellar travel. The possibility that we’re just one small experiment in an unimaginably large universe.
Whenever software starts feeling too important, astronomy reminds me how beautifully insignificant we all are.
🏋️ Fitness
Fitness has become my favorite long-term project.
I’m always experimenting—trying new sports, refining my training, and obsessing over every data point I can measure. I find the process just as rewarding as the results.
At the moment, all roads lead to my first half marathon.
